Rob succeeded his father, Frank Miller, as president and sole owner of Miller Graphics. He grew into the post after experience in estimating, plant management and sales. After merging with Lester Lithograph in 2006, he filled the post of Chief Executive and has responsibility for administration and sales.

Education: Don Bosco Technical Institute; certification as a Master Printer in the field of fine art and commercial printing.

Larry has many years of work experience as a Pressroom Foreman, Plant Superintendent, and Regional Sales Manager. He is a past president of the Printing Industries Association (PIASC), and is the inventor and patent holder of press devices installed on virtually all printing presses manufactured throughout the world.

Education: Fullerton College

Georgiana has employment experience in prepress, estimating, billing, costing, production and quality management. She is also the head of the safety committee and the worker’s compensation program. Georgiana Lester founded Lester Litho in 1980.

Jim has been in the graphic arts industry since 1978, and has risen steadily through the ranks of management. Mr. Witt currently serves as Executive Vice President, concentrating in the areas of marketing and sales, with a large following of prestigious accounts.

Mike brings over thirty years experience in the printing industry, and currently directs Lester’s ten person sales force. Under his direction the company’s sales have grown by fourteen percent in the past three years. Ten percent of this growth has occurred during the current calendar year.

Education: California State University, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo

Randy attended California State University, and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo majoring in Business. He brings 25 years of diverse experience and a user friendly attitude to serve our customers’ needs.
