Going Above and Beyond

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you folks at Lester Lithograph know what an outstanding job you did for 5-3 Design in the printing and coordination of the “Arizona Tile Swatch Cards and Swatch Card Box project”. Arizona Tile Marketing is extremely delighted with the final printed pieces.

It goes without saying that the quality and service provided by the Lester Team was outstanding. You did everything one would expect for a project like this. But, not only did you print well, but you provided additional service by researching and supplying rawhide strips to bind our Eyelet Tile Swatch Cards together. Then, when we were stumped on how to secure the rawhide, your staff went into overdrive and searched several stores, finally landing at Ace Hardware store were you purchased a box of 1/4” brass crimpers, (which is normally used to hold electrical wires together). You sent the box of crimpers to Arizona Tile and solved their problem. The brass crimpers were the perfect solution for securing the rawhide strips. You did not stop there; you searched the web site of the manufacture of the crimpers and provided the information to Arizona Tile purchasing.

Lester Lithograph and its team of professionals really went the extra mile on this project.
